Returns via DPD pickup but place is too far away !

sorry if this is the wrong section i wasn't sure where it would fit,

i have a dpd pick thats been made for a return but the closest place is over 2 miles away with no transport and iw as wondering if items can be taken to the DPD Depot instead but im not sure and cant find number to ring
