i know they wont give me a refund but do you think theyll swap it for a different game?

They changed the 10 day no quarrall thing afaik. I'm almost fairly certain that they wont take back any game where the seal is broken now.

Surely you do for not reading the details before buying, or presumably not researching your purchase enough (I am assuming the goods are not malfunctioning otherwise there would be no issue).

before when my mate bought FNR3 he played it for 9 days, i went with him to take it back, i waited outside, he returned it, came outside, gave me the money and I went back in and bought it so he had it for another 10 days.

Dunno if you can still do that though.

No the days of them being a rental service are long gone, if its been opened then you wont get a refund, they will give you a trade in price though.

If you haggle with them enough they may allow of swap. My brother did the same thing and bought a 360 game one day and tried to return it the next. They said they couldn't, but he argued with them saying that it was a crap policy and eventually they gave him another game in return.
