Hi, guys, i was issued with an RMA for my titan vulcan system on saturday afternoon, with a collection date of Monday afternoon. I'm having it picked up from my parents house as i am at work during the week. No one showed so i sent a web note complaining, the next day a guy from ups came to pick up, had my name so my mum gave him the computer. Later the same day DHL came to pick my pc up, but was told it had already gone. Just been on to the UPS website to track the delivery and it says it is heading to Frankfurt germany , does any one have any idea what is going on here?

Try posting this in the OcUK Customer Service section you might get a quicker reply from there, but then again seeing what time it is you might have to wait until morning
