reusing ram with overclock

Hello,
I currently have a 1366 i920 system with the following ram: (4ghz)
Kingston HyperX Genesis 12GB (3x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Triple Channel (KHX1600C9D3K3/12GX)

Will i be able to use this ram on an overclocked ivybridge 3770k system? or do i need faster rated ram to push an overclock on these systems. (I know i need 1 more ram module for dual channel to work)

can you recommend any that's good for overclocking on ivybridge; not looking for super fast...just ram that's stable on an overclocked system.
