All cases I have seen have the access on the left side with the right side where the mobo is mounted.

My new home office needs the reverse! I want to sit at the right side of the case (as you look at it).

The mobo to be mounted on the left side with the access on the right.

I would like a case which had clear parts so I can put funky lights inside

Suggestions???

P.S. It HAS to go on the left side of the room!

The Raven case by Silverstone is what you are after.

Silverstone RV02 Raven 2 Case - Black @ £104.99 inc VAT

After releasing the ground-breaking RAVEN RV01, the first retail chassis to utilize the 90 degree motherboard mounting layout, SilverStone’s RAVEN team quickly went back to the drawing board to create another chassis with even more mass appeal. The resulting RAVEN RV02 is smaller, lighter, and higher performing. Compatibility with Extended-ATX motherboard and server level storage capacity were sacrificed in favor of a more compact dimension and consumer oriented design. Three custom designed 180mm fans and one 120mm fan are included in the RV02 to provide noise to cooling performance ratio that breaks existing benchmark for enthusiast chassis. Additional features such as the inclusion of the 8th expansion slot (for triple or quad graphics cards), all black painted interior, custom designed hard drive suspension cage, and radiator mounts completes a package that will not only appeal to hardware enthusiasts but also to anyone looking to assemble a system that makes a statement with plenty of cooling and very little noise.

I've looked everwhere too but couldn't find any, like you my desk is much bigger on the lefthand side than the right. If you look at case build i'm doing i had to turn the case upside down to have it on the lefthand side.

^^^^ oops didn't see that one.
