Hey guys I'm looking for reviews of Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6600 vs a AMD Phenom Quad Core 9850 2.50GHz Black Edition

I've onloy found one which put the amd slightly ahead but for some strange reason used a mobo that was 3 times the cost.

Specifically interested in video encoding and gaming, but mainly video encoding.
 
I was reading in Custom PC that the 9850 was pretty much a lot worse. The difference wasnt too big at stock, but of course the q6600 can be overclocked enormously compared to the phenom.
 
the 9850 is slighty faster in somethings and the q6600 is faster in other things. so basicly theres not a lot in it really between them.

as for above post about overclocking, the 9850 overclocks very well also, easyly gets to 3.1-3.3ghz with a good cooler.
