Sorry, just wanted a fresh on considering this spec is pretty much tottaly different to the other one. Thanks for that MOBO, is that the best one for the job? So with that mobo is my rig complete you think? I need a PSU and case also but i can probably work that out on my own, any help though :D

If you are thinking about overclocking then the Conroe system I specified in the other thread ought to be fine but if you want to go AMD and you are going AM2 then I think the DFI will probably be the best overclocking motherboard available at present. I don't know too much about AM2 motherboards though but DFI are noted for their overclocking abilities.

Hi ok, so the

Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.86GHz (1066FSB) - OEM

Is better than the

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ 2.00GHz (Socket AM2) - Retail

So these should be switched. Now i need a mobo for the cpu...
Thanks

Hi, Anyone give me some advise on the motherboard to use? I am going to order this within the hour... Also looking for a PSU thats not too pricey, maybe a case and psu combo? cheaper the better but i want a quality one. Any help will be appreciated as i want to get this ordered.

Just to keep it simple here is the specification I put together in the other thread, it includes the ASRock motherboard, apparantly not the best overclocker available but your budget doesn't offer much in the way of alternatives. I'd suggest the Antec Sonata II for the case/PSU as it is solid and good value for money.
