Revolution MX Dongle

I've got a laptop arriving tomorrow and I'll be wanting to use my MX Rev rather than the track pad. This is all well and good but it'd be much more convenient if I didn't have to keep swapping the receiver backwards and forwards.

I've tried searching around to no avail, but does anyone know of how I could obtain a spare dongle?

You could try the MM (leave a note there). Or somewhere that sells spare parts.

Are those both the same version? Mk1 MX Rev, Mk2?

I thought as long as they were synced they worked fine but I may be wrong..

i have one of the G7 mice which use's a similar dongle im sure you can re sysnc them using the logitech software which possibly might work however each time you swapped between laptop and desktop you would have to resync again as each dongle has a slightly different frequency to prevent overlaps if more than one of them is being used in close proximaty
So swapping the dongle over between them is a smae price to pay if you do not wish to use the laptop trackpad
