I purchased an RF-602 trigger/receiver set from a well known auction site a month ago. From the only place there that has them in the UK. I've used the trigger once in that time and now it doesn't work. Figured it may be the battery by the button being held down in my bag or similar but that hasn't fixed it.

I've messaged the ebay member with no response. Where can I go with this? Lodge a complaint with eBay? Paypal? They're only cheap but I still didn't spend £45 on something for an hours use. Pathetic even by cheap standards!

Since the member hasn't responded take it up with ebay, I think they have a 28 day limit although it may stretch longer, you'll have to look at the T&Cs. you've bought a product which hasn't done what it says on the tin so you're within your rights to get some form of compensation. I bought an HD off of there parceled up as a Western Digital but after a month it went kaput so opened it up and it was a maxtor instead. Took it up with Trading standards as well but personally I didn't get anything back. 60odd quid down the drain for me. Hope you have better luck
