RF to composite?

Hi,

Basically I have a projector which takes input from either composite or s-video, and various things which only output RF (old consoles etc). Is there a device which will demodulate the RF into composite?

I don't own a VCR, and don't really want to get one as I would have to pay telly license! I will have a look around for a suitable box
