Rfactor - Can it be played as an arcade racer?

You could turn on all the driving aids and it would be arcadey-ish but to be honest it kinda defeats the purpose. I'd go for Toca3 if you're looking for a racer that leans towards the arcade side of things.
 
Wanting a modern F1 game on the PC other than Grand Prix. Was playing F1 Challenge 99-03 the other day and it got me wanting to play something newer.

The F1 mod for Rfactor looks pretty neat.
