RGB Case Fan Recommendations - 120mm

Im looking for 4 120mm rgb case fans to replace the ones that came in my Kolink Phalanx case as it seems they are unable to be speed controlled and so run at 100% all the time making it very noisy.

Would a kit like the Corsair SP120 RGB PRO be a good choice? (with one extra matching fan).
Is that kit everything I would need to set it all up so I can vary fan speed depending on load?
Is there another option that would be better value for money?

You sure they can't be speed controlled?

I thought so too! I emailed their support and they said its not possible... would not have bought the case if I had known!

The only connecter that I could possibly run to the motherboard looks like this so wont work with the B450's fan connecters.

I may be wrong here but I dont think I can connect that to my motherboard.

What Motherboard do you have?

I have an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK

That motherboard might only have a 4 pin 12v led header
Of more interest is how the case fans are attached
Seems very strange they would have to run at 100% always

All the case fans are connected to it's own little hub that receives the remote control signal (as seen in the pic). Its connected to the power supply but the only other connection that could possibly go to the mobo is the 3pin one linked above.
