RGB Header Problem

I just purchased the Coolermaster MF123 ARGB Fan went to connect it to my motherboard (ASUS Prime Z370) But it has a 3pin RGB conection and my motherboard is 4pin

Is there a way round this or do i need to buy another fan

I can only see a 4 Pin on my motherboard, I will have to buy another fan

Does anyone know if this has a 4pin connector?
