Howdy,

Just pre-ordered my Wii from a place I won't mention, it prob won't come til next year, but I'm not fussed as I'm not in any hurry to get it.

But in the meantime, I've ordered Zelda, which should come tomorrow... but I want to get a better connection than the Composite that comes with it.

I use a Dell 2407 from my 360, which has component on the back, unfortuntely its crap, and displays every far too dark. So I am going to go with a RGB scart, but is there one on sale yet? The offical one I hear isn;t out til 15th/16th? But a cheapo one will do? Any idea if there are any available yet?

Obviously you can;t tell me where, but just a "Yes there is on available online/in a shop somewhere" will suffice.

Also, what connection you lot using for your Wiis? Composite?

Good luck with that. I haven't seen anywhere other than ebay that has rgb or component cables, and they're going for silly money.

Cheers dude! Yeah I hear someone here sold their component on ebay for £78  madness that people would pay that!

I'm using composite while I wait for my component cable, and to be honest it looks a lot better than I thought it would.

I'll stick with composite until I see a RGB knocking around then, just wanted to know if I could order one now. My mate has his Wii thru the compoiste too, and tbh it looked ok to me aswell.

I've found composite to look ok with games like Wii Sports and Moneky Ball - basically anything simple and colourful, but Zelda looks like a steaming pile :(

I'll be waiting on component before getting stuck in - not because i'm a gfx whore, but because I want Zelda to be as good as it can be!

I am one of those a bit :) Should be ok for me though, cos by the time I have my Wii they "should" be readily available?!?!?

the shop i work in, which is a competitor, was supposed to get them in.
