one word AMAZING brilliant stage show, sound was amazing and they just rocked. was in the 3rd row from the front and it kicked ass!

ben harper was also very good. never heard of him before but will be buying some cds

I was there too. It seemd like BH was only on for 10 minutes, he was ace! Great solos on the slide guitar. Same with the Chilis, although i didnt know a lot of the newer (or really old stuff :o). They were great, but i felt not as great as they could have been. I'm not a huge fan though so that might explain it. :)

(Felt like '!!!' were on for about 3 hours.. and i went for a pee halfway through their set :()

He is. I'd recommend Fight for your Mind as a good album to start with, also 'Live from Mars' is a brilliant live album. Has an acoustic disc and a non-acoustic one. Going to see him next week should be good! :)

I went along, the chilis were great I thought. Didnt get there in time for !!! but saw some of Ben Harper, thought it was alright. Great concert all in all :)

they didn't play and really old stuff at ipswich. just from blood, sugar, sex, magic onwards.

hmm i saw them at Coventry and all they played from the old stuff was Give It away, the rest of it was new, all the recent singles and that (of the stuff i recognised that is lol). although they did a kind of funked up jam bit in the middle which imo was the best part of the set, no idea what it was though!

dirty pretty things were supporting (they were excellent, gonna buy some of their stuff) with chick chick chick (who weren't really that good). it was an excellent show, Flea just amazes me everytime i see him play.
