I am looking for recommendations for a rheostat/RPM Regulator to give manual control to the Vantec TD9238H Tornado 92mm fan?
I would be fitting this fan onto a Thermalright XP-90 heatsink.

Or, can someone recommend a good quality CPU fan that will fit the Thermalright XP-90 Heatsink, that has a rheostat/RPM Regulator.
