Rice has the highest levels of Arsenic in it..*sigh*

So rice , one of my favorite foods has the highest amount of arsenic in it...

This is in the US but I assume it is the same or similar for any European and Asian rice products..
if pesticides were used when growing it , brown rice has the highest amount of arsenic in it.

le sigh... I really did love rice.

Okay I ordered prawns with cashew nuts and boiled rice for dinner tonight.

The article is for rice grown in america though, Not sure if they use that arsenic based pesticide in Europe or Asia though, I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

BTW Apple risotto with prawns sounds delicious, maybe cook the prawns with some chili and lemon.

Apparently milk causes cancer and KFC chicken causes one to grow breasts...
I have also heard curry causes cancer and then a few months later I hear it helps cure it.
The rice article was interesting though, I don't let these things scare me away from my favorite foods though.
