Ridge Racer 6 BGM Help

I'm having trouble playing my own music through the "player disc" (disc 4) bgm option. I've copied an album to the hard drive and made a playlist, yet ridge racer can't find anything!! Am I doing this wrong? I know I could play music from the 360's dashboard but i'd rather not have to mess around!! TIA

I just used the Guide. When you start up RR6, press the guide button, then use the audio player in the little blade that comes out. Worked very well for me, just streaming audio from meh PC

Yeah I've been having to do that mate. I'm unsure if player disc is bugged or they only intend on you playing music you download from live?

Yeap thats what i do. Just need to remember to switch it off before trying to play oin live though lol

Isnt the player disc for the tracks you dl from live?? i havent played with it yet
