Ridiculous wheel alignment quote

I ended up paying 17.50 for the full wheel alignment as pro tyre was doing an online deal that you get half price wheel alignment for fronts. £35 for both fronts normally. But I also blagged it for the rears as I paid for fitting services for my own rear tyres.

Give or take. Still don’t like the fact being charged £50 for fitting 2 tyres

Saves them wearing out fast due to bad alignment though. So not the worst investment

Were they going to corner weight it and do a full string alignment or something? How did they keep a straight face?

Interestingly, a good BMW specialist near me does string alignment. What is the reason for this method over a laser alignment?

I had my tyres fitted by the clowns at TyrePros..... chipped the centre of 1 wheel when putting the centre cap back on, and scuffed a rear one. Emailed them to complain and they are paying up to have both refurbed as I only had them done a week earlier. They couldn't do 4WA as 1 side was seized, thank god aswell, who knows what they would have done.

Had it done at another place for £80.

You get it if you order tyre. It was an offer at the time of ordering tyres from them.
