Rift s with Lenovo legion pro 7i?

Hi all,
I am eagerly awaiting delivery of my new legion pro 7i with rtx 4080 and I was wondering if it is compatible with my old rift s vr headset. I have done a bit of searching online and am now even more confused as most posts just mention the legion 5. Anyone using the pro 7 that can advise me if rift s easily plugs in or do I need an adapter for the display port connection?

i don't know what the rift S connections has or your laptop

im assuming your laptop is new built one, so im assuming usb-c ? does it have a Display port for an external monitor connection ?

looks like it comes with an adaptor in the box with your headset, do you have that ?
