Currently building a new rig and this is what I currently have.

Antec TruePower Trio 650W PSU (Won This from Counterstrike :)
Antec Nine Hundred Ultimate Gaming case
Creative X-Fi Xtreme Gamer Soundcard
Maxtor 200gb IDE Interface - From old pc, will i need to buy a new one?

Was gonna order:

Intel Core 2 DUO E6600 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.40GHz (1066FSB)
Asus P5B Deluxe (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-6400C4 TwinX (2x1GB)
BFG GeForce 8800 GTX 768MB GDDR3 HDTV/Dual DVI (PCI-Express)
Scythe Miné Quiet Heatpipe CPU Cooler (Socket 478, 754, 939, 940, LGA755)

Any things that I should change? I intend to overclock.
 
The Hard drive should do it just fine, unless 200Gb isn't enough i won't just get another HDD for the sake of SATA.

the rig looks very nice indeed, though have you considered Crucial 10th anniversary instead of corsair dominator?? they OC like mad despite only being rated PC5300 (Cas3 mind you!).
