Thats a great budget to get a great pc.
the motherboard has lots of SATA 3.0 ports so the current Sandybridge issue wont be a problem.
it also supports Crossfire /SLI so adding a second gpu will be simple.

the only thing really needed is a SSD caddie as the case doesnt have one as standard, but you can just put the SSD anywhere, they are very small, and no moving parts.

The OCZ Vertex 2E comes with an SSD mount supplied so don't worry about that.
