Hello guys, would someone be able to spec me a rig?

This doesn't have to do anything major, just play warcraft on max settings with max fps. With the new expansion coming out I do not know if the graphic requirements will go up?

Budget wise, I am not to sure how much I have to spend. Cheaper the better I guess
