Hi guys im going away for 3 months and my pc will be switched off, or
even put into storage, or at my mums, should i drain the fluid or will it be ok sitting there?

It will be fine and if it does leak, it will not be switched on, so you will be able to check when you get back

Leave it full I have left mine no end of times with no probs
