Rig slight upgrade

Thinking of either going to 12gb ram, or upgrading the gfx card to a ATI6970.
Will I see a big difference upgrading my card, as it plays everything on max settings already?

What should I choose?

What res will you be playing in? if it plays everything atm without issues I would not bother touching it.

I have some spare cash and haven't spent anything on my PC for ages.
I game in high res.

Was just wondering what my best options were tbh.

no point upgrading RAM, you could up gfx, though if its not struggling???

Around a couple of hundred £.

Upgraded mobo would be best for me, but I just don't have the time to do it atm.

Ram is cheap atm, so that got me thinking.
