Yeah, as the thread title suggests. Several times throughout November. Happened just while I was watching a film. Been fine for six months.

Would posting the minidump file on here help? Would anyone be able to diagnose?

Might be worth posting the file.

What are your system specs?

Are you overclocking any components at all, perhaps run mem test to check your memory for any issues.

Q9650 @ 4GHZ 1.3825V (idle temps 34 - 40 across the 4 cores)
Hyper X DDR 2 @ 1066 (stock sticks using their recommended 2.3V)
OCZ Vertex 3 Firmware 2.11
P5Q Deluxe
GPU = GTX 470 Point of View @ Stock
PSU = Corsair HX850
Asus Xonar D2X
Cooler = H100 in Push Pull

Ran memtest the other night and it didn't come across any errors but it was only for the default amount of passes. Ran Prime Blend a week or so ago and it was 8 hours stable but I'll run it again today while I'm out.

I can't open these .dmp files in notepad do I have to use fileshack to host them?

ok quick question....

Someone once said to me that most blue screen errors are memory faults. I had to move my memory over to the black slots in the P5Q Deluxe because of the length of the D2X. In the manual it says that better overclocking capability is seen with memory in the yellow slots. I wonder if it is that?
