Rig upgrade or...

Hello everyone.
First of all my current budget rig, that I made a year ago:

MSI Radeon R7 260X OC 2048MB
Corsair CS550M 550W Semi-Modular 80+ GOLD
Gigabyte B85M-D3H Intel B85 (Socket 1150)
Intel Pentium K Anniversary G3258 (oc 4ghz)
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB
Kingston hyperX (quite old) 1600mhz
Silverstone Tundra All-in-One Water CPU Cooler with 2x120mm
NZXT Source 340 Compact White Mid Tower Case

Here is the problem.
I plan to start streaming. I know this rig is a little too weak for that task, so I start looking for an upgrade. However now, when I see new intel processors I do not know what to do. Is it worth to buy new mobo + new skylake or maybe just the new processor ? What about graphic ? New ram ? Maybe AMD ? It's just too much for me.

I do not want to oc (it's not for my nerves; after B85 + G3258 + win10).
My budget is around £300-400.
I do not have to play games on full details.What is the best move here ?!
I would love to not upgrade for next 3-4 years.

If you dont mind buying second hand parts i would just grab an i5 and a 970 and make do with the rest of your bits. If your buying new it might take ya just over your 400 limit. Buying second hand you could probably squeeze a small SSD in for your OS to speed things up.
