Hi all. My new Xonar DS arrived yesterday - great service OCUK!
Anyway, I went through the rigmarole of uninstalling all of the Creative drivers for my X-Fi, stuck the Xonar in, then nothing. Rig won't even post any more. The fans come on for a few seconds, everything powers down again, then the fans come back on.
No post screen, no hdd activity, just the fans running. Even worse, no beeps, so I've got no idea what the culprit is. I've removed the Xonar, cleared cmos, but I'm still having the same problem.
Any suggestions?
