right click menu (ie)

Hi, I am trying to add a right click item from within Internet Explorer.
I am not too clear on how this works, so I have copied then modified an existing entry in the registry.
This has given me limited success.
The item is on the right click menu normally.
However, I need it to be there when I have selected/highlighted a piece of text. The entry that I copied does this and yet mine does not.
Any ideas?

If that doesn't help then you are doing something wrong, and try again but slowly and read instead of looking at the pictures

thanks, its working now. i think i had the "contexts" item thing wrong
