Just got a call from my dad to say he can't use his right click on the start menu like when you want to pin to start menu a program or game.

He says now little right click window comes up when he trys to pin to start a program. Yet it works fine on desktop his right click button.

I've never heard of this before so i'm unsure how to solve the probelm can anyone help me please he;s running Win xp service pack 2

Thanks

Not running XP here anymore but it's something like:

Right click the start button (should allow this) then go to properties. From there you're basically looking to uncheck (or check!) a box related to allowing customisation or dragging of start menu items on the start menu.

Hope that helps. Can't do it here cos i'm running Vista.
