Right click run as administrator not working

Since doing a repair upgrade to my W10 Pro PC the right click run as administrator has stopped working.

done a lot of research, have run SFC and DISM commands, but also told to look at NetPlwiz and check all is ok....but although again , this was ok before, I am now unable to select a user to check properties and make changes. I tried a different user profile with the same results. I have an Admin account.

try Winaero Tweaker it has two options to run as administrator. Oh it's free

Thanks, does this repair my netplwiz or simply duplicate a what it does ? I really am to edit, assume tree is a regift wei can to fit this

Have you checked your UAC Settings out of curiosity?

That was the first thing I looked at, all,I see is a slider to set level of protection, is that all there is ? Or is there something else I have missed ? If it is just the slider, should I set it to highest security level ? Thanks
