Is someone going to sort out some CS Source tonight? I've not had chance to play with some of you guys on here yet, and every time I go on the server its empty.

If someone asks me to change my "rate", what the hell is he talking about, and how do I change it?

I was told it was 4000, but I can find nothing set to 4000 in any of my settings...
