One 480 takes about 370W at maximum and seeing as you also have an overclocked i7 a 750W doesnt seem sufficient. Id go for the gold 1200W corsair. Has a max draw of 1500+ in some reviews aswell so power wouldnt be much of an issue then.

In terms of cooling each 480 disippates around 250W of heat so you would need a rad capable of 750W of dissipation.

A thermocholl pa140.3 can handle that in a low performance loop using mid rpm fans but not sure at the temps you want. 2 triples or a triple and a double may be needed.

There's a couple of people using sli480's on here and they have recorded power draws of nearly 1200w with just 2 of them lol, maybe worth getting a case that will house 2 power supplies?

I would expect a 3x140mm rad to cool three 480GTX but I'd love to see the power draw and electric bill of a computer like that. Is there a game out there that actually needs that amount of gpu power?

i know no game needs 3 480's wanna do it cos

i wanna future proof myself for a while.

for benchmarking.

and also if you had the money wouldnt you?

the wifes happy we been on holliday and nice gift for her so in that department its sorted i think its time for me to spend alittle on what i like.

for the rad im either gonna go for http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-031-BX&groupid=962&catid=1523&subcat= (as i already have really good panaflo fans for it)
