Have just been getting into spiderman 3 for the 360. It seemed really boring at first but after the 1st few missions its a blast. Anyway, after playing today and getting as far as beating kingpin i hit a brick wall. Now i have defeated kingpin there are no missions left on the map - only the photo mission icon (need to compleet one or two to unlock more mission).
Normally (e.g. on any other console other than the 360, hate to say, but lately its becoming very true
) this would be a easy. I enter the rooftop entrance of the Bugle, walk up to the guys desk and press "X". Whenever i try to do this the console freezes, like clockwork at that exact point. I can swing aroud the city all day long, but at this point it messes up. I'm now particularly annoyed as I can't progress any further and was just starting to enjoy the game (rage with the black suite owns).
The only possible thing that could be causing this is a tiny rub/scratch on the disk surface. Now i knwo for a fact whn opened this game was scratch free (was brand new game) and the disk has never been put on any surface - other than in the case and the 360.
I'm going back to game to try and get it swapped for a new disk, even thiough it was bought a good few weeks ago (has the labels on still).
Stuff like this make me hate the 360 :/
