right settings??

this is my first timeoverclocking. after reading some articles i used the following settings:
memory unlinked-runs at 667mhz
FSB=1066MHZ gives me 2.4ghz
cpu voltage=1.32500v
vcore ofset=+100mv
northbridge=1.208

i used sp2004 running twice to stress the cpu and ram. the settings was blend and priority 10.

stock idle
temp(core temo 0.94)-core 0=23
core 1=24
voltage-1.34v-speedfan and asus

overclocked idle
temp-core 0=25
core 1=28
voltage-1.44v-speedfan and asus

stock load
temp-core 0=35
core 1=39
voltage-1.33v-speedfan and asus

overclocked load
temp-core 0=45
core 1=47
voltage-1.41v-speedfan and asus

couple of questions
1)are these temperatures and voltages safe?
2)im trying to aim for 3ghz or as close as possible. would i just increase the fsb and run sp2004 and see if its stable?
3)what software do i check the northbridge voltage

1) Yes, anything below 65 under load is fine. Some say 60, though.
2) In theory, yes.
3) You can check your NB voltage under BIOS. It's down as Chipset Voltage.

for the northbridge would i just leave it as low as possible, test my system and then if its not stable increase it or shall i just leave it on auto. one last thing is it worth doing the pencil mod and if i did do it will the warranty be voided

got it to 3ghz with the voltage set to 1.33125v in bios. when using asus pc probe and speedfan. it shows the voltage at 1.44v on idle and 1.39v at load. is the only way to keep this constant by doing the pencil mod and also the temperatures when idle are around 30c while load is around 50c. is it safe to run at these temperatures and voltage?

it's showing higher voltages because u have +100mv on the vcore offset.

Your temps are good, the voltage is most definately not high, and i see no reason for a pencil mod (im assuming you mean the pencil mod for vdroop..)

what does the +100mv do as i saw that on a guide i was reading.
yeah i was on about the pencil mod for the v drop.
