So I changed my motherboard to the 680i one. I have 2 HDD connected, but it is only able to detect 1 HDD. Any ideas?

double check cables/power cables. in the unlikely event you're using ide drives, might be worth checking your jumpers?

also have a look in the bios. are the drives showing up there?

Ah crap, checked core temp, and my cpu idle is 57 Degrees :confused:

are you using the stock heatsink/fan and is it fitted securely?

Yea I think it is secured. What I am thinking is, maybe I applied too much AS5?

I usually squirt a couple of twists in the middle and spread thinly - works for me - others advise just drawing a line in the middle and letting the HSF spread it on contact...
