arrgh this will be my second replacement, my lauch machine packed up after 2 weeks, this one has lasted since feb 9 months, switched on last week and just froze,, lucky as after december it would have been out of warranty, has been collected today and on its way to microsoft, hopefully get a replacement soon also just got cod3 turn up today aswell

thinking about the extended warranty now?????? or are the later machines more reliable??

i imagine the replacement will have a standard manufacturers warranty too? so that will probably last a year or so :)

Nope, Keep saying this but think about it. What would you do if you got another year from december if you had a replacement????

I was just guessing. That sucks really. because a replacement should be a brand new machine, so it should have its own warranty. :(

Yep fair point but if they did come with an extra year, come december the 1st 2 million calls would be made to MS with all of a sudden borked 360's and presto an extra year. And so on and so on.
