What phone you got???...
Anything near decent (with bluetooth or a PC connection) can handle standard midi files which are Free and readily available from t'interweb (just google)... failing that if its a newer phone that can use MP3's just grab a copy of Audacity and chop up your favorite tune!...
Then just dump em (via PC connection or Bluetooth) on you phone!... Easy Cheap (well Free) and no stoopid imposible to get out of Subscriptions... or Frogs!
