Just wondering if anyone still has theirs? I've had it for years now 
and it's been a great player, completely outclassed now adays mind.
Today was my first worry, I got the usual hourglass animation while walking into uni on the player. Unfortunately I didnt have a paperclip with me to reset it.
Skip a few hours later and got home, and the player was off and the battery was drained, and the hard drive was whiring and beeping (bad noises generally)
I was thoroughly gutted, but thought, may as well try the smacking method. After reading up on it I ended up giving it a hefty whack on the right side and lo and behold she lives
I'll be sad to replace her when she deos pass away, so I'm currently saving for a mac book and ipod 30gb

Id replace Harddrive as you not going to get a better sounding player!
