Rip A Website Software

Can anyone recommend a free bit of software that will download an entire site? I need to grab the text documents that are embedded as links within it. Having to right-click on each and 'Save As' would take forever...

Flashgot (Firefox extension) might work as well, if you want to download all the linked files from a particular page...
