As some of you will know my brother had a major bike accident nearly a year ago, May 10th. Unfortunately he passed away this Tuesday 8:15pm

He sustained a massive head injury as well as a few broken bones Inc neck & a vertebrae, well his bones healed well and at the time were maybe our biggest concern, but the head part of him never recovered and everything had to be done for him.

It may seem an odd thing to say but it was the best thing for him, he is at peace now and far better off wherever he may be now, than where he was.
All our family say we lost him last May not Tuesday. And now we can remember him the way he was before the accident.

He had a fantastic bunch of friends that have all been great the last year - our loss is equally as much theirs.
He was a key member of fragLANd - Mr.EX and has a great page of tributes here it was great reading that reminding me of his character :)

He loved his motorbikes, gaming & diving, he owned his dream car a Lamborghini countach. So will no doubt be busy right now ;) .
Overclockers + this forum have my brother to thank/blame for my presence here and me being a lot more into computers than may be healthy, and headed me this way for my first pc upgrade a duron 800 package!! He was also my 24/7 helpline!

We will miss him immensely, but he will always be with us.

I am extremely proud of having him as my brother, I love him loads and miss him loads.
Your free know bro - do what you do best and you can also keep an eye on us all.
RIP mate.

Thanks for all your kind thoughts and words, it means a lot - really.
He will be back at bedford tomorrow, and his funeral next tuesday.
He was an awesome gamer, seeing him was a bit like watching a concert pianist, you just think - how on earth :)
Reading the stuff at fragLANd is really reminding me of him, i can't remember an occasion when he said to me "sorry i can't", he could always fit you in.
Watched a vid of him when he and a few mates went biking abroad, they often went, poodling along then all you see is sky for a bit, then they stop and tuck in to some food, a huge pile of pancakes in front of him, and them all laughing :D , i'll never understand why he wasn't at least twice his weight

cheers again.

Hi all
Quick update
May seem an odd thing to say, but his funeral was ace! star sailors 'good souls' was played on entrance, it was a civil service not full on religious not un religious 1/2 way between them, the story of Shaun’s life was very well done indeed with muses 'bliss' in the middle and 'feeling good' on exit and also 'amazing grace' sung near the start of the service. Very emotional but with an uplifting feel, even had people laughing at some of his tales.
The wake was even better, it was more like his birthday than a funeral, he had friends scattered wide so to see people come from as far away as s. France was great and to hear the stuff he got up to and their last memories was real funny.
He has a lot of people missing him, but he will live on for many years to come in the stories of what he did.
If mine goes 1/2 as well as Shauns I'll be happy :)
