RIP Angela, Bedknobs and Broomsticks was one of my faves as a boy.

Wasn't Bedknobs and Broomsticks on christmas time late 80s? I always remember it on the same time around Mary Poppins. I also remember almost burning out the tape for Bedknobs was recorded on back then.

I remember it well. What I don't remember was when it was on. Was it the weekends on ITV? early 90s then I remember it was on one time BBC 1 mid late 90s, no?

Something sticks in my memory 3pm ish before Blockbusters and The A-Team late 80s.

Damn! I never knew that. Frightening that the series started 30 September 1984 - 19 May 1996.

Murder, She Wrote I used to remember was also on regularly alongside Columbo...
