Not sure if many of you newer members will recall, but a lot of the older members should.

GSVJase was an avid counterstrike player in the days of CS1.3-1.6, so much so he set up clan GSV. Clan GSV and clan OcUK as it was back then very often played matches together.

Well sadly, Jase was killed in a motorcycle accident recently :(

Posted by Jases brother on the GSV Forums.

Last night my brother Jason (GSVJase) was involved in a fatal traffic accident.

He leaves a wonderful wife and two fabulous children, I loved him as I did no other and we spoke almost every day. I spoke to him yesterday morning and we talked about his plans for the immediate future, his garden and a future holiday. Nothing was left unsaid and for that I am so grateful.

He has achieved many things in his life, I am glad he had the chance to have a family and experience all of those joys that come with children. I am unable to express how much regret I feel that his life should be cut short so tragically with his children just starting school.

On any other day in any other way I would feel this comment to be cheesy but I ask you to do just one thing today.

Contact your brother/sister/father/mother, tell them you love them, remind them that you will always be there for them and leave nothing left unsaid, and no obstacles between you.

Life is so short and so fleeting, some things can never be said after the event, make sure you say them before.

A newspaper article detailing the accident:

Rest in Peace Jase.

Not a kinda man you could ever hope to meet :(

Jase is survived by his wife and 2 children.

Didn't know the guy much, but remember his posts from quite a few years ago. RIP mate. My condolences go out to all his family and friends. :(

I used to be reg on the GSV and Ocuk cs server, I met jase on there and he was such a nice guy, he never had a bad word to say and even offered me a possition in his clan.

I remember he used to play cs with his wife too, we used to talk on the mic in game. This was about 3 years ago now, since then I quit cs and never seen or heard of the guy.

Me and my bro was talking about him a few months ago, remembering the good old days of CS.

Such a sad loss.

RIP Jase

Ps. there is a nice pic of him holding his New born on the rouges gallery, cheak it out. :(
