RIP Jim Redmond (Unassuming Olympic Legend)

I remember him helping Derek cross the line reasonably well, didn't know his name was Jim, had to Google it. Hard to believe it's that long ago, 1992. Quite a moment. Rip.
 
About a year ago we brought Derek in to deliver a talk to our company, he shared the story in 92' and a few others that were very funny.

At the end of the talk, there was a Q&A and he was asked about his father, and the way he spoke about him was so touching. He had an incredible relationship and respect for his Dad, and lit up when we asked about him.
