RIP Lionel Regal french hill climbing legend

whilst driving a reynard formula 3000 powered by a 600BHP V8 on august the 15th he aproached a section of track that had become slippery due to rain and hit a tree killing him instantly.


many of you wont have ever heard of him but a man with balls of steel like him deserves a RIP thread.

cant say i have followed him or his career to any extent but i was aware of him and his ability, i have watched many video clips of him and always been blown away at the speed commitment and skill of his driving, very impressive, its a damn shame to loose another talented driver.
