I'm still rocking a 60GB OCZ drive in one of the PCs here that's about 10 or so years old. It gets daily use and is still going strong. Touch wood, I haven't yet had an SSD fail on me.

This thread has me thinking.

What SDD health check software is trustworthy?

I always use Crystal Disk Info.

No but I do have a Western Digital raptor 74GB in my daughter's PC. That's from 2004.

Used to have 2 of those Raptors in RAID 0, they sounded like ball bearings being swirled in a porcelain bowl.

30GB SSD, dated 2009!

Its been in daily use in a NUC running openelec/libreelec since 2013, and in an HTPC before that.

Had my ocz that I brought over from the UK, and was second hand to me. It died couple of years ago, but still sits beside me. Somehow i think i will be able to resurrect it lol.

Seagate tools shows health, my nvme in my hp laptop, from memory is around 83%
Also has other deep clean / sanatise and scanning sectors options.
