If it's any consolation in another thread people are saying Sapphire are AMD's EVGA.
Their rma service is outstanding, just like evga's
Its the whole damage claim process thats annoying, you have to send the parts to the US and they lowball you with used ebay american prices basically on your gpu that might be only a few months old or still have warranty on it. And as you know if you buy a second hand used gpu those companies wont honour the warranty for the new owner, only the original owner. To be honest they should be giving anyone with a water damaged parts a full refund if the parts are less than 2 years old.

Do they state how long you should expect your pump to last? There will always be defects in some manufacturing processes and stuff like this will happen but there is also a life expectancy and this seems like a important point with this product to make considering the potential for it to rain all over our expensive components.
