RIP my watch

This is my lovely Citizen Titanium watch that I was given for my 21st birthday back in 1994:

It's done pretty well lasting 12 years, but I'm really gutted because it's such a nice watch, and they don't appear to make this model anymore.

I don't suppose any of you watch experts know of any super-secret websites where I can still buy one? I've been Googling like crazy, but have come up empty handed.

The only info I have is that it's a model no. AI 0XXX or EI 5XXX, Cal No. 6850.

I get the feeling it will probably cost a lot to fix, plus it's looking a bit beaton up these days. I shall enquire when I go in town on Friday.
