Just spotted this died in a motorcycle accident

I remembered him from Deep Rising mainly but also, The Phantom and Things to do in Denver when you are dead.

That's a shame. I always liked Treat Williams, he was brutally cut from the first couple of releases of Once Upon a Time in America, as an actor. Dying in a motorcycle accident is even worse.

Yeah very sad news, had a long career in acting, so even if you didn't know him that well, you would instantly recognise his face as you would likley have watched something with him in. RIP.

Genuinely sad when I read this on the BBC site. Loved him ever since Deep Rising but he's been in so many things. My wife was recently watching something called Chesapeake Shores and Treat was on that. It was seeing an old friend.
RIP and condolences to his family.

RIP, he was also in everwood, the substitute films from movie 2 onwards, plus multi guest role in blue bloods as franks old police partner. he was also guest role in Chicago Fire, as Kelly Severide Dad. i believe one of his last roles was in Blue Bloods Season 13 Episode 20 - Irish Exits.

Yes dying is definitely worse than being cut from a movie...
