RIP William Hurt

Oscar winning American actor William Hurt has died at just 71. Younger film fans might know him best as General Ross in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but he had a huge and varied career. Altered States, A History of Violence, Gorky Park, Dark City, The Big Chill, Body Heat, Kiss of the Spider Woman (for which he won the Oscar)... all great movies.

Although I might be in the minority I quite enjoyed the Lost in Space that William Hurt starred in back in the 90s. Thought it was good fun movie.
Of the movies in your list I really enjoyed Gorky Park and Dark City. Funnily enough both of those movies are my favourites of his.

Rip Mr Hurt

Lost in Space 1998 was quite a fun movie for its time. It had a catchy theme as well.
